It's funny how managers sometimes become these angry beasts that nobody can satisfy. The position itself might demand that of somebody. Some handle it better than others, of course, and in my opinion, the job only brings good and bad personality traits you ALREADY HAD into the light. So if you become an irrational monster, you were already one to begin with. Power corrupts people, lol. This story isn't funny per se, though, but it can become funny with time, as long as the 'unpunctual' employee is far away from the psycho manager now.

  • Some conversations are not even worth having. The moment you realize somebody is not open to changing their perspective, or even to consider another, it’s time to go. Of course, it would all be wonderful if we could exit conversations just like that, but most of the time we have to wait for them to be over, or we are, sadly, too invested to quit.   • I can only imagine how pleasurable this revenge must’ve felt. Not only not showing up, but seeing the million missed calls and not even bothering to pick up. Everything I wish I could’ve done to my ex, lol. If the manager wanted her to show up half an hour later, he should have asked and also paid accordingly. I’m sorry, this was just a matter of poor employee management! Maybe nobody is against him, and he is just bad at his job. Where will he be pointing his ‘rat finger’ to now?
